Terms of Service
Last updated 14 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Mind Circuit™ for use of our website and app. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a school or district, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. Mind Circuit is a tool for educators, not for students to sign up to directly.
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly at erin@mindcircuitapp.org if you think someone else has access to it.
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trialwith full access. No card is required to start it, and it will not turn into a paid subscription on its own — when the trial ends, premium features stop until you choose a plan. Your account, your classrooms and your existing data stay reachable either way.
One trial per account.
Subscriptions and payment
- Prices are shown before you buy, in the currency displayed. Tax is included where it applies.
- Subscriptions renew automaticallyat the end of each period, charged to the card you have on file, at the price you originally agreed — not at whatever the list price has since become.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-periods.
- If a renewal payment fails, access continues during a 14-day grace period while we tell you and retry. If it has not succeeded by the end of that, the subscription ends.
- Changing between monthly and yearly takes effect at your next renewal rather than immediately, so you keep what you have already paid for.
School and district licences
Where a school or district buys a licence, that agreement governs seats, invoicing and term, and takes precedence over these terms where they conflict. Seats are assigned to named teachers and may be reassigned by the school’s administrator. If a teacher’s seat is withdrawn, or the licence ends, their premium access ends with it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account, or resell, sublicense or redistribute access.
- Copy, download or redistribute our reset content outside your own classroom use.
- Attempt to break, probe or circumvent the security of the service.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
- Use the service to collect information about students beyond what your school permits.
What belongs to whom
The resets, the written guidance, the software and the Mind Circuit™ and Brain Flossing™ names belong to us. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you; it gives you permission to use it while your account is in good standing.
Anything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service for you.
What Mind Circuit is not
Mind Circuit is an educational tool, not medical or psychological treatment. Its resets are classroom routines for helping a group settle and refocus. They are not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If a student needs clinical support, follow your school’s safeguarding process.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a material change that reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account without cause mid-period, we will refund the unused part.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top and ask you to review it. Continuing to use Mind Circuit after that means you accept the updated terms.
